Hydraulic explosion-proof hoist and hoist winch safety requirements

November 07, 2018

This standard is based on the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations", the State's relevant standards for mechanical safety and mine machinery, electrical and hydraulic products standards, and on the basis of on-site hazard analysis, for the first time to develop safety standards for hydraulic explosion-proof hoist and hoist winch products. Design, manufacture, and use impose mandatory safety requirements.

This standard is proposed and managed by the National Mining Machinery Standardization Technical Committee.

This standard was drafted by: Shanxi Machine Manufacturing Corporation.

The main drafters of this standard: Zhang Lanjun, Li Miaolin, Fang Mingxuan, Xu Yanke, and Guo Ming.

1 Scope

The safety requirements and/or measures specified in this standard are for all hazards of hydraulic explosion-proof hoists and hoist winches. They apply to the hazards generated during the various stages of the machine life as specified in 3.11 of GB/T 15706.1-1995. .

This standard imposes restrictions on hydraulic explosion-proof hoists and hoist winches in terms of physical properties and intended use.

This standard applies to hydraulic explosion-proof hoist and hoist winch.

4.13 When working brake or safe braking, the ratio of the generated braking torque to the maximum load static rotating torque shall comply with the provisions of Article 409 of the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations".

4.14 When braking safely, the braking deceleration shall comply with Article 410 of the Coal Mine Safety Regulations.

4.15 The main weld of the hoist drum shall meet the requirements of Class II welds in GB/T 11345, and shall be dealt with to eliminate internal stress.

4.16 The main shaft should meet the strength and stiffness requirements. The internal inspection of the flaws should not have white spots and cracks, and should not have defects such as loosening, slag inclusions, and shrinkage holes that affect the performance.

4.17 There should be no medium with friction coefficient on the brake disc, such as water and oil.

4.18 The full bouncing moment t of the end face of the brake disc shall meet: t≤0.4mm when the reel diameter is less than 2m, and t≤0.5mm when the reel diameter is greater than or equal to 2m.
